Elliott & Elliott is a client-centric firm. Shari’s combined real estate and environmental expertise distinguishes her from general real estate practitioners. She has the expertise that comes from over two decades of experience including 5 years as a member of the environmental law group at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt with a secondment to Imperial Oil. At Elliott & Elliott, we place a high value on keeping our clients informed. We are available to meet at your convenience whether by phone, email or meetings outside of regular business hours or at the location of the client.

Shari prides herself in her decision to specialize and not attempt a general practice. She specializes in real estate law. Her experience is complimented by her extensive knowledge of environment and expropriation law. Shari also embraces technology and adapts to her clients needs. Accommodating clients schedule and home visits are just two examples of the firm’s client-centric philosophy.

Our clientele includes residential and commercial real estate clients primarily in Simcoe County as well as expropriation and environmental matters throughout Ontario. We also place a high level of importance on serving our community. Shari has been pleased to serve as a board member at Royal Victoria Hospital and Oro-Medonte Minor Hockey Association . Elliott & Elliott is also pleased to be sponsoring and have provided legal services (at no charge) to a local sports association. The firm’s philosophy is to provide the best, most cost efficient and effective service to our clients while enjoying what we do.
