Some real estate agents ask me if I do septic or well inspections and I say “No, I believe they should be left to the professionals certified in their respective disciplines. Their are legal and environmental issues well beyond a ‘home inspection’ that I don’t want to get into.” Any comments, suggestions or reference sources from you would be greatly appreciated,
